We love the vets and staff at Sylvan. Everyone is so friendly and very helpful. My babies have been patients there for several years. We don’t trust them with anyone else! Thank you so much for taking care of our fur babies!

Dr. Hart and the entire staff have always been great. My dog is not the easiest to deal with and Dr. Hart always makes a point to make her feel comfortable first before starting the exam. Everyone is very caring and I'm glad I found them. Zoey the dog.

I have been taking my Frenchie to another vet and for the past 6 months due to him tilting to the left and having severe allergies, we have spent thousands trying to figure out what was wrong with him. I decided I needed a second opinion as no improvements were being made. Within 5 minutes of my appointment at Sylvan they discovered he had a terrible ear infection that was so deep it was causing him pain to turn his head all the way in one direction (causing him to tilt to one side). My Frenchie also usually doesn't do well at the vet, he gets very anxious and will not usually let a vet examine him beyond a certain point. Immediately I noticed that Dr. Hart sat on the floor and played with my dog for 5-10 minutes before she examined him. She let him learn to trust her before she looked in his ears or examined his painful areas. After this, my dog fell in love with her and let her do whatever she needed. I saw a whole different dog that day. Dr.Hart truly loves animals, she takes the time to show them love and earn their trust. You can tell she has a passion for what she does. It was honestly beautiful to watch. This will be my new primary care for my doctor. I can not recommend them enough.

They always managed to get my dogs in on a phone call. Sylvan is a great veterinary hospital. That’s why I take all my dogs. My dogs love them and they take care of them. They do a good job. I’m very satisfied with them.

We've been going here for the last three years or so for our cat. A friend had recommended Dr. Hart (sp?) and we feel so comfortable with her energy and communication. We recently had to go in and she was unavailable so we were seen by Dr Sanchez and we really appreciated her patience and thoroughness trying to find what was wrong with the cat. The staff has always been on the friendly side and the facilities are clean. Pricing is clear and reasonable.

My 4-month-old Siberian mix pup woke up on a Friday morning was shaking and had loss of balance and strength in her back legs. It was heartbreaking and terrifying at the same time. I rushed her to Sylvan Veterinary only a few minutes after they opened. They were great about getting my girl seen quickly. Dr. Hart was wonderful in her manner and depth of knowledge. All her vitals were good and we ran a metabolic panel. I returned later that day with samples for testing as well. It took a few hours but my girl eventually returned to normal. Test results were available the next. Needless to say, I'll be watching very closely to see if anything like this happens again and will definitely be following up with future visits to Sylvan Veterinary as needed. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Dr. Hart, for putting me at ease and your entire staff for their friendly and efficient service.

Everything went well. Appointment was a little later than was scheduled but was informed of that prior to showing up. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Listened to my concerns and gave the MD the info that I had talked about. Doctor questioned the concerns that I mentioned. So... Communication between the tech's and the doctors was spot on. I walked out of the appointment with knowledge of what is possibly going on with my pet and what will be the next step in hopefully getting my pet feeling better. Thank you to the staff front and back for a great experience.

I have taken my 3 dogs to Sylvan Veterinary Hospital since 2018. I am pleased to announce they are all 12 and 13 years old and doing very well due to Sylvan's excellent care. We are especially pleased with Dr. Roussell's care as she is our primary vet there. She saved one of my dogs life. In November 2025 just before Thanksgiving we noticed our dog was bleeding from his rectum. We took him to see Dr. Roussell at Sylvan and 2 days later she and another vet there felt a rectal mass. Within a week we had a CT performed and within a month we had him at a specialist in another city. Surgery was performed one month later. Within 2 weeks he began 16 rounds of radiation which he completed in February of this year. The mass is now gone and the specialist said it would have killed him. She said it wouldn't be that now. Radiation guarantees it won't return. It wasn't cancer but it would have killed him still. Thanks to Dr. Roussell's excellent and fast care, we saved him. He is living his best life again.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Everyone is so kind and compassionate, I love Dr. Chelsea, but, everyone is great honestly. They’re always quick about getting you in when your pet needs to be seen, and appointments never feel rushed. They actually listen! I always feel heard and confident in my dog’s care. The mobile app they offer is also really convenient and user friendly. Overall, I’m very grateful for this team, so is Remi! We highly recommend them!
